INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
Our investment philosophy is a combination of a top-down and a bottom-up approach. We use a top-down approach for evaluating the various markets, while the bottom-up approach is for assessing and selecting under-valued securities.
Our portfolio management team aims to achieve consistent capital appreciation over the long-term by investing in a combination of companies at various stages of their life cycle in order to manage the overall risk profile of each investment portfolio. We continuously assess market conditions and dynamically adjust asset-class allocations as well as country-allocations in order to efficiently manage investments.
The identification of portfolio candidates is done through a process driven by internal fundamental research streamlined by quantitative screening of the investable universe. The process highlights companies that are attractively valued and demonstrate a quantifiable measure of business momentum (e.g. rising earnings estimates).
